Directions for use

Consume one 20ml sachet or cap of liquid collagen orally daily, either directly from the sachet or cap, or mixed into a beverage of your preference.

Should you desire to exceed the recommended daily dose of 10,000 mg of collagen, administer the additional doses several hours apart to optimise absorption of each dose. For instance, one dose may be taken in the morning, followed by another in the evening. It's worth noting that excess collagen is improbable to induce harm; rather, it will be naturally eliminated by the body.

The best collagen product on the market

Always skeptical about trendy health products however I tried this product about a year ago and I’ll never look back. My hair, skin and nails have never looked and been more healthy. I’ve also seen the effect on my arthritis and how when I miss a few weeks, my swelling is noticeably elevated. Give the product 4 - 8 weeks and you’ll see what an amazing product this is. Cant recommend enough!
