Absolutely. The only thing we advise against is mixing Collagen Café with hot liquids, as this could affect the integrity and efficacy of some of the ingredients.

Wait 60 minutes after your collagen before having coffee. Tannins and caffeine can interfere with the absorption of many vitamins and minerals, especially iron. Caffeine also increases urination, which can lower the concentration of water-soluble vitamins (B-complex and C).

If you’d like more than our recommended daily dose of 10,000mg, take the doses several hours apart for maximum absorption, for example one in the morning and one in the evening. Excess collagen is unlikely to cause any issues and will pass through the body.

Store Collagen Café below 25°C. It doesn’t need refrigeration unless the room temperature exceeds this, but it’s lovely slightly chilled, and refrigerating it won’t cause any damage.
